With less than a month before my hike begins, I’m focused on preparing food and testing my gear.

I’m making most of the food myself; the process being cooking, dehydrating, and vacuum sealing.

In this glorious year of 2016, I will be hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, a continuous footpath from Mexico to Canada via California, Oregon, and Washington.
